First visit
A talk first, then a movement check, then a plan
A first visit takes about 45 minutes. A parent or guardian comes with anyone under 18.
- 01
Step 1: Check in
Our front desk checks you in and goes through how fees work before you see the doctor.
- 02
Step 2: A talk
Your doctor asks about your training week and what changed. Nothing about your health goes in an online form.
- 03
Step 3: A movement check
A hands-on exam and a look at how you move, in the clothes you train in.
- 04
Step 4: A plan you can say no to
Your doctor explains what was found, the plan, the risks and what it costs, before you decide. We never ask you to start the same day.
Bring
What to bring
Your training clothes
Shorts and a loose shirt, so we can look at how you move.
Your schedule
Your next event or season dates, if you have them.
Your card
A photo ID, and an insurance card if you have one.
Your questions
Write them down, so they do not slip away mid-visit.
What we ask you not to send
