Insurance we work with
We bill some health plans for chiropractic visits. The front desk can tell you which plans we bill. Plans differ in what they pay, and most do not pay for training or performance coaching. Event care for a team is arranged with the school or club, not billed to a plan.

If you pay yourself
If you pay yourself, you pay at the visit, and your doctor tells you what care will cost before it begins. For a minor, a parent or guardian pays and signs.
Receipts for reimbursement
Ask for an itemized receipt (a superbill) at any visit. You can send it to your plan or to an account that reimburses care, and the plan decides what it pays.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us. We give you a written estimate before the visit, and a school or club gets one in writing before an event.
Checking your benefits
Before your first visit, call the number on your insurance card and ask what your plan pays for chiropractic care, whether it limits visits, and what you owe at each one. Our front desk can go through the questions with you.

A first visit is about 45 minutes: a talk, a movement check and a plan, with the cost explained first. We ask for no health forms online.
